Position Overview

  • Focal point for N (Nacelle) plant in the region

  • PMD (Procurement Master Data) ownership/coordination

  • Relocation will not be offered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and analyze demand for production materials.

  • Maintain BOM (Bill of Material) updates.

  • Maintain material workflow and PMD status report.

  • Lead weekly status tracker meetings with stakeholders and X-function teams.

  • Follow-up and troubleshoot on defined/pending action items.

Required Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills 

  • Direct interface and task orchestrating between N P (Nacelle strategic procurement) categories and SM (supplier management) at the plant

  • Follow up on execution of defined sourcing/supply strategies.

  • Experience in preparing and concluding sourcing contracts based on customer requirements at the most beneficial conditions whilst ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

  • Focus on business-specific Procurement.

  • Support in Supply chain escalated topics from plant team towards N P team operating system (SAP) data maintenance.

  • Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Qualified applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States

  • Domestic as well as global travel may be required.

Preferred Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills 

  • P representative for plant specific projects

  • Bachelor’s degree is must.

  • P representative for ECN (Engineering Change Notification) management

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Excellent in Microsoft Office suite (Excel!)

  • Knowledge in SAP, Ariba, and Power BI are of great benefit.
