  • We are currently looking for Project Coordinator - Main Bearing Task Force who will l ead day to day coordination with internal & external stake holders for major projects under the supervision of a manager / Project Manager for low complexity projects ( M1).

  • Supports PM for execution of projects for day to day activities on high complexity projects.

  • Keeps manager, project manager & project team informed for deviation on schedule, budget & scope & escalate issues, as required.

  • Responsible for project execution with given limits of authority (accountability with project manager)

  • Ensure project health, safety environment (HSE) & quality management performance in collaboration with project manager.

  • Travel required up to 25%.

  • Relocation may be offered for this role should it be necessary .

Responsibilities:

  • Technical coordination of the overall project in collaboration with resource manager & project Manager.

  • Ensure availability of equipment, tools, labor, parts, consumables & logistics in collaboration with support functions.

  • Initiate & coordinate procurement process as required.

  • Responsible for identifying, mitigating & escalating deviations, re-schedule, budget, scope as well as other performance (HSE, QM )

  • Enable efficient execution of all activities with strong focus on safe work.

  • Documentation management

  • Accepts responsibility for the project within given limits of authority.

  • Creates communication plan, project meetings & other infrastructures as required

  • Promotes HSE & quality culture within the entire project team.

  • Support the creation, monitor & update of project plan, as required, to ensure efficient delivery of all project requirements.

  • Ensure availability of technical documentation to site as required in collaboration with Project manager & resource managers.

  • Ensure availability of qualified resources & work instructions / procedure in collaboration with project manager & resource manager.

  • Ensure availability of all required tools & equipment, parts & consumables.

  • Shares project status reports with (internal) costumers.

Required Knowledge/Skill, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Project scheduling

  • Project budgeting

  • MS Office & products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Projects & Vision)

  • SAP

  • Power BI
